Okay…in MY experience, informative guidebooks can either be dense, wordy, and impossible to digest orrrrr short, shallow, and lacking value. I tried to find the happy medium in here for you all and, honestly?, this guidebook is **chefs kiss.**
My hope is to breakdown complicated and unique topics to simplify training for anyone looking to advance their approach to exercise. Inside you will find simple definitions and examples of effective training techniques (like: what even is progressive overload and how can you implement it? What’s the difference between push movements and pull movements?). There are workout formats with workout ideas and “pro tips” as well as journal prompts you can have fun with.
It is my pleasure to share what I have spent many years practicing on myself and hundreds of clients both in person and online. I hope this guidebook can be a trusty resource for you and your journey when building strength and expanding your health.
