I'm the friend who'll hype you up when you're crushing it annnnnnd talk you off the ledge when you're spiraling because you missed three workouts (we've all been there…and we’ll be there again🫠).
Here's what I figured out after coaching 300+ women: Most fitness programs treat you like you're broken and need fixing. But what if you're actually fine? What if you just need someone who actually gets it?
For years, I was obsessed with one question that nobody else seemed to be asking: Why do some women stick with fitness long-term while others start and stop every January?
Turns out, it's not about willpower or finding the "perfect" program. It's about having someone in your corner who won't let you quit on yourself when life gets messy.
That's why I created Hypefit Method: a 90-day program where I'm literally coaching you through your screen. No overcomplicated plans, no guessing if you're doing it "right." Just me, giving you exactly what you need when motivation runs low and your brain starts the "I'll start Monday" nonsense.
Think of me as your personal trainer who's also your biggest cheerleader, the one who knows you're capable of way more than you think you are and won't let you settle for starting over every few months.

🌲 Obsessed with the woods. The smells & sounds & colors — I meannnn PUT ME IN, COACH.
🚲 Always down for a mountain biking date with my husband. While I never in a zillion years thought I’d get into a relatively high-risk action sport in my 30s, I also love any excuse to be in the woods AND I get to see my husband look extra hot doing HIS favorite sport.
👶 A mama to the most adventurous, wise little toddler. Motherhood has healed parts of me I never knew needed healing. It is the single most challenging, rewarding, enchanting, hilarious, humbling commitment I’ve ever agreed to. I cannot believe the human I get to raise is my daughter. It’s an honor to be her mom.
🐶 A proud owner of the world's snuggliest 8lb chiweenie, Lucy. When we adopted her we explicitly told the shelter we DIDN’T want a small dog. In my best mocking voice, “we’re big dog people,” we said. Jokes on us, we met her and now small dogs have us in an absolute chokehold.
☕ Fueled by coffee + curious conversations about how mysterious the universe is. I’m a bit of a spiritual fitness junkie, if you will.
